Born in Egypt, Fatema Yasser is a filmmaker and visual artist whose work moves between directing and cinematography. After studying Applied Arts at the German University in Cairo, she continued her practice through an MA in Cinematography at FAMU in Prague.
Working across films, visual poems, music videos, and advertising, she approaches the image as a space for exploring human relationships, emotional landscapes, and the nuances of the human condition.
